General Terms & Conditions

• Payments can be made using UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash

• 50% Payment required for confirmation of booking & balance 50% to be paid before Check-in.

• Amount paid in non-refundable

• Due to the location if the property the mobile network coverage is very poor and at times there may not be network coverage at all due to bad weather conditions or situations out of our control because of this only cash payments are accepted at the property.

• All guests must provide a clear & valid government issued photo ID (PAN Card is not accepted) at the time of Check-in.

• Foreigners must provide a valid Passport & Visa.

• Guests can also share (WhatsApp / Email) a soft copy of the ID in advance before arrival.

• Possession of Weapons, Explosives, Consumption of Alcohol, Smoking, Consumption / Possession / Use / Trafficking of illegal drugs as per Indian law is strictly prohibited
